Breadsall Priory houses a spacious gym split over two rooms, our cardio room has an extensive range of equipment including treadmills, cross trainers, rowers, ski-ergs & bikes.
Our weight room comprises of fixed weight machines & free weights offering exercise options for every user. Our air-conditioned studio offers a variety of fitness & holistic classes suitable for all abilities. Relax with a swim in our heated indoor swimming pool, unwind and ease your muscles in the whirlpool, sauna & steam room.

Water Babies run lessons on Tuesday & Thursday, 10am–12:30pm. EMSA is available Monday–Friday, 4pm–6:30pm and Saturday & Sunday, 7am–9am.
